Indian Navy Agniveer 2024: Recruitment for Agniveer posts in Indian Navy

Indian Navy has invited applications from unmarried male and female candidates for Agniveer (SSR) for 02/2024 batch. Indian Navy Agniveer 2024: Eligibility

Age: Candidates applying should be born between 1 November 2003 to 30 April 2007.

Candidates must have passed 12th class with Mathematics and Physics from a Board of School Education recognized by the Ministry of Education with minimum 50% marks.

Candidates should have completed three years Diploma course in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Computer Science, Instrumentation Technology, Information Technology) from a Central, State or Union Territory (UT) recognized Polytechnic Institute with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Selection Process:

The selection process for Agniveer 02/2024 batch consists of two stages. In the first stage, candidates will have to undergo shortlisting on the basis of Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET). Those who clear the shortlisting stage will proceed to the second stage, which consists of a Physical Fitness Test (PFT), a written test and a recruitment medical examination.

Application fee:

To register for Navy Agniveer 2024, candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 550.

Salary:

According to official information, Agniveer will get a package of Rs 30,000 per month with a fixed annual increment. Besides this, they will also be entitled to Risk and Hardship Allowance and Uniform and Traveling Allowance.

Candidates who have appeared in the Class 12 board examination and are waiting for the declaration of result are also eligible to apply, provided they fulfill all the other eligibility criteria.
